The Effectiveness of Jacobson's Progressive Muscle Relaxation Technique on Fatigue among Jordanian Patients with Multiple Sclerosis during Corona Epidemic

This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of Jacobson's Progressive Muscle Relaxation Technique on fatigue among Jordanian patients with multiple sclerosis during Corona epidemic. A pre-post quasi-experimental design was conducted. A total of 120 participants were divided in to two groups; 60 participants in the intervention group and 60 participants in the control group. The intervention group received the Jacobson's Progressive Muscle Relaxation Technique and was instructed to perform it two specific times a day for 10 minutes each time for 8 weeks.
