    Mental behavioural therapy to reduce major depressive episodes

    The objective of this study is to determine whether or not mental behavioural therapy is useful in lessening the severity of major depressive episodes that are accompanied with psychotic symptoms. This research is very important when thinking about the prevalence of depression throughout the world. For the purpose of this analysis, a case study technique was used. For the purpose of this study, a male responder who suffered from severe depression and psychotic symptoms was employed. The Beck Depression Inventory was used in order to make determinations about the severity of depression. The diagnosis was arrived at by a combination of observation, in-person interviews, and psychological testing.
