  This work deals with the tasks and relevance of mathematical computer modeling of biological systems and, in particular, simulation modeling. A discrete computer mathematical model presented is suitable for the ischemic stroke pathogenesis outlook engaged with an appropriate computer program described. For the first time, the results of stroke modeling performed by stochastic Monte Carlo method with the brain neurovascular units as elementary structures of the system have been proposed.
